Appears genuine. Approx. 16" length, 11" blade. Blade is pretty sharp, well made, appears functional.

The Songye Kilonda (also called Nsapo or nzappa zap) is an ornate ceremonial axe and status symbol from the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Crafted by Songye and Nsapo blacksmiths, these weapons feature intricate, openwork iron blades and often incorporate prestige materials like copper, animal hide, and carved wood.
