The African Dan-Mano Kaole (Avian Spirit) Mask is a sacred, hand-carved ritual artifact originating from the Dan and Mano peoples of West Africa, specifically from the border regions of Liberia and the Ivory Coast. These masks bridge the human and spirit worlds by embodying powerful forest spirits, known as Du or Gle.
