There is a little forked wire thingy that is part of the attachment of the pendulum to the mechanism. That little fork/wire has 2 sides. As it currently sits, one side is broken. It has been working fine for years that way, pendulum hangs a little crooked looking, but works fine as long as it's leveled front to back and side to side, dead on the bubble. In the black zipper bag in the bottom of the clock are the original papers and one more of those little 2 sided wire thingys. I've been guarding it like crown jewels because I have no idea if it would be possible to get another one. Whoever buys this should be careful with that little forked 2 sided piece. Benjamin & Sons on Martin Way may be able to help, if needed. Approx. 82" tall, 23" wide and 14" deep.
